I had a really disappointing experience at this Wendy's. The evening staff mistakenly gave me the wrong order three times. A staff member eventually addressed my concerns, but I could see how chaotic the kitchen was through the window. Meanwhile, several cars were stuck in the drive-thru, adding to the frustration. Overall, it was a terrible experience. Food rating: 1/5.
For a fast food restaurant, Wendy's makes an incredible chicken sandwich. Whether you go for the grilled chicken or the spicy option, you really can't go wrong. Pair it with a baked potato or a Frosty, and you'll be in food heaven. The Wendy's location near me has friendly and efficient staff, and I've never had an issue there.
Most of the staff here are incredibly rude! They fired everyone! I ordered the Bretzelburger, and they didn't even inform me that it wasn't available. When I requested a refund, it turned into a nightmare. I was told I had to wait in line for 40 minutes just to get my money back!
This is the worst, all workers and management are stealing time. 30 employees not body doing nothing. Come ere to enjoy 2hour waiting before ordering. And another extra 3hours waiting to eat. Not good. Need new administration. Book a table now
Was served a dead roach here years ago, when I quietly returned it to the manager he asked if he could get me another one. I declined and asked for my money. I was on line recently waiting when I remembered that and left.
Slowest fast food experience. And not to mention the hair on my cup of lemonade. No thinks. Also is that salt or spice on the fries. Cause my mouth is on fire I don’t know if it’s from pepper or salt.

Terrible service. Very slow. The workers had a terrible attitude and they had a hard time understanding a simple fry, nugget, frosty order. I DO NOT RECOMMEND.
