Food and speed of service was good but the girl in drive thru needs to lose the attitude. I was a fast food manager for Hardee's a long time ago and I am speaking from the heart when I say I have done your job and I know what types of attitudes come thruthe drive thru. This girl that waited on me has probably met everyone of them, but still try to smile and thank God for each ofthem.
Yesterday morning, drive thru lady had nothing but attitude. Asked for water to drink, she rang up a combo instead of individually and charged for a drink, when I questioned her about it, the attitude showed up, and she told me it would've beenthe same price....not true and the potatoes were COLD....will not go there again if she is in the drive thru.
Didn't have menu items that I actually went to try but it is/was a new product and the drive thru lady was very nice to explain why, take responsibility, and move forward without being anything but nice! She saved this review for sure. I always like thefood! #doublestacksrule!!
5 for the daves orange cream soda and we love the baked potato w chili on her
