Came through the drive through at about 12:32 on 6-22-2023. Tried to order through the drive through, and the lady was RUDE as hell, keeped talking over me like I stupid or something. Then we pull around.. and she THROWS my food at me. I asked her 3 times for BBQ sauce and she pretended like she didn’t hear me. Then with an attitude says “that will be .53 cents”. If you hate your job, and you hate working with people, why are you working with people?
I try to come every Monday to see aryn the name that stands on my entry into the register in the page. I have made many bad experiences here, but she goes beyond and beyond for us and when I told her that she said: "It is our task to ensure that our customers are happy and want back" very beautiful young woman and very good eating from her! always fresh and tidy and she works hard to keep the area clean! superfi for the looking so young!
Okay. that we have been doing my third time with a problem with this place and I am not the type to post reviews, but today I have once again her youngs messed up my order I have the same as always spicy chicken sandwich added pickles I my order without pickles no salat no tomats only wow and rolls with cold pommes after I waited in a 20min line
We went through the drive-thru and were the only customers there. We were asked to pull up and wait for our food to be made fresh. After waiting 15 minutes, we received cold fries and burgers. We had only ordered a small fry and 3 Jr bacon cheeseburgers. None of the food was warm, making us wonder why we had waited at all. Book a table now
they choose if they want to close, it is ridiculous not to say online they close by 10 then they tell me that they closed around 940? it is sad that there is no structure here. choose any place, but this one!
Fries were barely cooked, pop was flat, absolutely no carbonation and the wi Dow ppl were not friendly at all after payment was taken. Will not be returning to this location.
