The highly promoted pretzel bacon pub burger costs 6.19 for the sandwich and 10.50 for the meal. As luck would have it, I ordered the sandwich only at the drive through but when I arrived home what I got was a chicken sandwich. I returned to the store and they were nice enough about fixing it, but there's nothing they can do to undo the aggravation of making two trips.Sadly, the much touted sandwich was a disappointment. Not nearly as good as hyped, not worth one trip, let alone two trips.Wendy's is a mediocre hamburger place to start with and the pretzel bacon pub is no exception. Overhyped, overpriced and it just gets worse if it takes two trips to get it.
The young woman who took my order and processed my payment was incredibly sweet and helpful! I just wish I had caught her name (6:30 PM on May 10, 2022). However, the girl who handed me my food was quite different—she delivered her lines in a very monotone voice, simply saying, "Have a blessed day. The chocolate milk's in the bag," before tossing the food into my car and shutting the window to continue her conversation. I didn’t even have a chance to ask for some ketchup for my son.
I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. If you're short on time, I definitely wouldn’t recommend it. I spent nearly 10 minutes waiting at the drive-thru speaker without anyone taking my order or even acknowledging me. I eventually just drove away. I ended up going to Taco Bell next door, where I placed my order and received my food quickly. Meanwhile, Wendy’s was still attending to the car that had been behind me. It was completely ridiculous.

Every time I come to this Wendy's, it's always a problem is the manager of the dark-skinned manager I don't know that her name I never have a reception the bright skin lady I think she's a manager is good she always tries to fix it right, but that other managers she's rude that she doesn't even look at you when she doesn't turn her head the other way I don't know why
July 1st, 2022Taco salad had lukewarm chili. Didn't taste or smell right. Took back and manager exchanged for a SW Avocado Salad. They didn't do anything about turning up the heat on chili. New Salad had wilted tomatoes. No salad dressing provided and had to ask after waiting 5 more minutes what the status was on my salad to get it.
This is literally one of the worst Wendy's to visit because they never cook your food fresh especially if you don't go during lunch hour and if it's not that they will forget something in your order even though the receipt shows you have paid for it already.... Not wasting no more of my time or money on this company....
This is definitely my favorite Wendy's location. The service and food are consistently good. They offer the usual Wendy's menu items, and everything is always prepared perfectly—hot and juicy, not cold and dry.

Worst Wendy’s in town. Staff is rude and they will get your order wrong every time. No telling who’s order you’ll be given. Other Wendy’s are way better for some reason.
