WORST Wendy's I've ever been to. Wish I could give it negative stars. The slowest Wendy's and they weren't even busy at any point we had to go back. Wrong order 3 times in a row. I live 20 minutes away and had to go back 3 times. My fault for trusting them. I am HIGHLY allergic to tomatoes and after telling them that they still put tomatoes on my burger and gave us the wrong meal the second time. Had to drive back 3 TIMES! I spent more on gas there than I did my food. Manager was yelling in the back very unprofessional. Will never go back to this location.
The Wendys on East Chase Drive is the worst chain I've ever been to for this restaurant. The young girl at the Drive Thru yelled at me when I told her I ordered the strawberry flavor and then said they only had chocolate today. When I went to ask her a question she told me very rudely to have a great day and closed the window in my face. Never even asked me if chocolate was ok, just slammed the window on me. Oh and I was in a cheerful happy mood and was so polite to her which I now regret!!!
This location constantly frustrates me. I hate that I live near by but I should. The drive thru is always so slow. You'd think that someone orders and they cook the full meal fresh, check them out and give them their food before moving to the next person But Nooo. Still get cold food, missing items (tonight was a whole order of fries), or doesn't customize the burger. Oh and dont bother going to Bridge St. They're just as bad.
For just $6.00, I got a small drink, fries, chicken nuggets, and a double cheeseburger! What a fantastic deal! The fries and nuggets were hot, and the burger was topped with fresh, crispy vegetables—it was all so delicious! However, the highlight of my visit was the young man at the counter. He was very helpful and polite. Great job, young man! Food: 5/5.

Extremely rude cashier at first window. 12:10 pm. I waited in line for 10 minutes. Kept saying hello at the speaker. She came out and yelled at me that she couldn’t hear me. I pulled forward. Even at the window she would not take my order and told me to drive around and get back in line.
My mother absolutely loves the apple pecan salad here. I had tried a similar one from a nearby restaurant, but they never quite matched it. I've been coming to this place three times a week, and each time I get her the salad. It's become my go-to spot for her favorite dish!
Bad day. Waited standing at register for 13 mins before lady said anything. Guy behind us asked lady how much longer, and she said she wasn't sure. 2 cars in drive thru when got there. Couple Infront of us waiting on ordered food. 5 employees working.
Hubby got me some nuggets and ?.The fries were so bad, no salt, overcooked and I couldn't eat half of them.I know things are weird right now but that's no excuse for not showing that you Care.Waste of money.
