I went to this location om sat July 15th the girl at the speaker I believe her name was Emma sounded like she hated her job ? but when I got to the window Dakota was so spunky and happy and so pleasant it made me go from a unhappy customer to a satisfied customer just by how friendly and professional he was.. that guy is going to do great things with his wonderful attitude and pleasant presence..thanks Dakota for making my not such a great day into a better evening.sometimes that's all the people need is a smile and Friendly attitude in these crazy times were in..
This place has definitely fallen out of favour for me. I went here expecting better customer service etc than what I got. I used the drive thru, I started with my order Dave's single sandwich, no tomatoes, no cheese, she asked is that it and I said yes, because I am not ordering a meal. But I added I am not done ordering, dead silence. Finally she comes back, she asked is there more to the order, I said yes. Again dead silence. Then it goes into if I am not going to place my order they will call the police. Etc etc. To hell with this place, I'm done.
Services are totally bad. irresponsible and bad behaviour towards the customers and delivery guys. Take order in hurry not listen to another person, customers, delivery guys. A guy had big peircing in ear, or like we can say too big holed in his ears and pony tail was too much aggressive towards each one. Don’t spend money in this restaurant. Totally worst?????????????
The customer service here is outstanding! The friendly staff took our order with smiles and were incredibly patient with our large order. Everything was served quickly, and everything was accurate despite the variety of items we requested. I highly recommend this place!

I was called a liar over the phone by Emma when I called about a mistake in my order. It’s a disgrace for a fast food place. I was charged nearly $20 and received the wrong order, and they had the nerve to respond that way. I will never return to this location.
This Wendy’s used to be really enjoyable but the last few times I’ve gotten food from here it has been horrible. My food always cold and soggy and my order is somehow wrong. Really sad.
I ordered poutine at the drive-thru, and after leaving, I realized there was no fork included for eating it. What a disappointment!
Beware of arrogant server with earplug, Joint itself is good, but this specific employee is very mean to customers.
