every time we choose this place, it seems to be a problem. once they were disturbed by the fact that they got 4 mobile orders in a short sequence (they were all small orders that were for a frosty key day, so nothing to cook or repair.) I know that they were small because they all came out of my house, three people who paid for their own food, and I know that they were disturbed because they were always talking about it instead of talking to the customers. next time we went (only 1 order because we didn't want to disturb them again) they never left our order as ready for picking up, I had to ask them if it was ready and when they found it, the riders were cold and a part of the order was mis...
Yesterday, my wife and I chased in. on the way out, we decided we wanted frostys and came back to the line. while I noticed in the line that only one man wearing gloves. someone put raw bacon on the cooker without gloves. the cash that put our frosty’s in our tassen when he separated them without gloves. I worked in almost food. they can separate them without touching the inner. my wife and I have had annoyed digestive systems ever since. When I order the delivery, I almost always have to go back to fix it or make something that was omitted. I love wendys. but this needs a new management or training or something. cleanliness should be even more important during a pandemic.
My order of 5 different meals was completely messed up and of what we did get was cold. I called was told I had to come into the store for a refund when I came in the general manager told me everyone I spoke to the night before doesn't work here and there is nothing he could do. I was missing 4 items from my order and 2 burgers made completely wrong. Drinks weren't correct and I am told there is nothing they can do. Complete joke. Over 44 in food and 1 thing is correct.
these people don't earn more money for the job they do. the driving thru girl with sargnägel obviously pays more attention to her manicure instead of the accusations of her customers. she was frustrated because she made me some parts of my ONE order wrong! hardly any fries in the box, and no, the fries are not better now. I can't believe how the title of the jugend American becomes. avoid this place. Book a table now
I went through the drive thru this morning 1/27/22, there was a slight mistake made. I went back through and the cashier was very nice about it had the issue taken care of by the time I got to the window. A plus for her service. The food was hot and Fresh. I'm looking forward to my next visit.
they have all 5 meals perfect for our order. delicious. the personal was a great patient. we visit here only 2x year when back in the city to visit family. thank you for being there, they have made the choice to work, is it appreciated by this family!
The Asiago Ranch Classic Chicken Club was fantastic. I will definitely order it again.
