I ordered through the mobile app and unfortunately had to pay twice due to a malfunction. When I arrived at the store, they couldn't find my order. I showed the store manager my credit card statements proving the payments, but she had a dismissive attitude and refused to help, telling me to contact customer service for a refund. I called customer service multiple times, but each time I was given the runaround. I was told that the regional manager would reach out to me, but that never happened. They have new great manager now her name is Christina she was assistant manager where wendys work at Mission Blvd now move up to be general manager to all employees work there just let you know she very nice person if ask for day off she give it to you no matter what she hard working person lot things change at my wendys that work at when she left also got crew manager got from my wenyds her name pati she very nice as well hard working person she can work short handed when there short people at working but miss those 2 Christina and Pati you guys bless to have them as your manager
This restaurant has little to no customer service along with the speed of getting your food out. I cannot believe they consider this fast food, they make you wait so very long and it's so inconvenient in the drive-through to sit there and wait as long as you do. I don't even feel like they care, to let you know anything or to keep you informed about your order. I'm so annoyed with this restaurant and wish management would do a better job to make sure they have accuracy and speed through their drive-through and in their restaurant.
I ordered 14 meals for my crew, and about half the fries arrived cold. Two of the double cheeseburgers were missing from the order. Overall, the entire order was a mess. I used to love Wendy's because the meat was always fresh and never dry, and the fries were consistently hot and delicious. But ever since they changed their fries, everything has gone downhill. I will never be returning to Wendy's again.

Nice place, but the drive-thru can get crowded during lunch and dinner hours. The staff are friendly, though it can be difficult to get assistance at the register when the drive-thru is busy. Aside from that, it’s a great experience and I have no complaints.
Food was good, but the service was lacking. Considering they didn’t greet me and put utensils in my bag for my salad.
The staff here are consistently friendly and accommodating. The Pretzel Baconator is fantastic!
