Wendy's is clean, and the food is fresh with our order arriving promptly. However, the coffee tastes like burnt corn tortillas—I recommend switching to Colombian coffee. To the manager: please taste your coffee and compare it to McDonald's; the difference is clear. I understand Wendy's Corporate may push franchises to use lower-quality ingredients for higher profits, but have you considered how many customers might be lost because of the coffee’s poor flavor? The location on 4th of July Spirit is great, and I appreciate that the kiosks work well for ordering from the menu. However, the contactless payment register isn’t working as it should. Please fix these issues!
We had an amazing experience! The service was fast, the food was freshly made, and the fries were steaming hot, all served by a friendly team. We're from Texas and traveled to Auburndale for a World Series baseball tournament. After picking up our rental car, we needed a meal, so we opted for the drive-thru. The ordering process was quick and easy. Normally, I’d shout out Texas, but since I’m in Florida this week, I’ll make an exception. If you’re driving south of Orlando and get hungry, do yourself a favor and stop by Wendy’s for a meal. Trust me, coming from a Texan—Adios!
We didn't receive everything we paid for at this restaurant in Florida. Here in Puerto Rico, the food and service are excellent, which is why we usually opt for takeout. I tried calling to resolve the issue, but no one answered. I also called the provided number for further assistance, but all I got was a voicemail instructing me to call back at another time. As a result, half of our group ended up not eating that night.
What do you do when you leave Halloween Horror Nights feeling starving? You head straight to Wendy's. I went through the drive-thru, but from what I could see inside, it looked clean and well-organized. The service was fast, and the food was just what we needed at that late hour. My burger was delicious! My wife, who has celiac disease, ordered a taco salad, and she’s never had a bad reaction. Thank you!

A few months ago, I experienced some issues at Wendy's, but the manager, Santos, personally contacted me via email to encourage me to give the restaurant another chance. I'm so glad I did! Santos was extremely polite and helpful. The food from the menu arrived quickly, hot, and fresh—certainly some of the best fries I've ever tasted! I'm really pleased I came back. Thank you, Wendy's!
So the cash register shut down on us, and they took care of us as we were ordering at the end of the day, and they took care of us. The food was so good, and they were super nice. They should be commended for their spirit to serve and the graciousness indealing with a very large group.

The service is always quick and friendly. I never worry about forgetting my coupons because the prices are already very reasonable. The food is consistently hot and delicious. It's one of my favorite places to grab a meal to take home.
