Every time I come to this location, it’s always some type of issue . Normally Employees all sitting around on chairs in lobby and tell you to use the kiosk because they don’t want to do their job and simply take an order .Just to mess the order up anyways.will never return to this location .multiple occurrences ,but this time when told to just use the kiosk by the last just standing there at the front. (On clock, not on break) I just left and will not return
This restaurant consistently struggles with getting orders correct. If you request a sandwich with just lettuce, you might end up with none at all. When you order spicy nuggets, you could receive the regular kind instead. Additionally, they frequently pressure customers to upsize their orders by asking if you’d like a medium or large, conveniently omitting the small option in order to mislead and charge you extra.
Lost the best management team....it's nit the same place with out those 3 managers...though I do see 2 of them once and awhile...but the colorful haired short guy isn't there anymore....wendys sure lost a great one... Atmosphere. Isnt the same now....makes me sad not even a frosty can fix....he always made me smile....just have to find a new place to go eat late night ? ? ?
The chili at Wendy's is the best I've ever had! Normally, I have to add ketchup or hot sauce, but not this time! With optional ingredients like onions, white beans, and cheese, it was absolutely delicious. I couldn't believe it—I finished the whole cup, which I've never done before! Please keep this recipe! The restaurant closed 30 minutes early on February 13th. I saw the staff preparing their own meals, and when I attempted to contact them at 1:30, no one responded, even though their posted hours indicated they should be open until 2:00. It would be wise to update the operating hours.
Every time we visit this restaurant, our order is incorrect, and the food is served cold. They also make it difficult when we ask for corrections to their mistakes. I'm really disappointed.
Last night I heard the cashier talk about being high and was given a burger with a bad tomato and bits of plastic!!! I tried to call but I received no answer. Absolutely horrible. 1/10
Sometimes their prices are higher than I'd like but I rarely have any problems. If something isn't right, they find a way to correct it. Overall-it's a good place to shop. Book a table now

"Nice view, great staff service and food was good. Fried peppers were great, not too hot but tasty. Rum bucket was fun; grouper nuggets, gator bites, calamari was average. French fries were better than expected. Recommend the Mahi Shrimp Platter as awinner."
