Wendy's often appears a bit understaffed, but they handle it well. There's a young man working there who stands out—he's an absolute delight! Always smiling, with a great attitude, and truly attentive to customers. We definitely need more people like him in the world. I wish I knew his name so I could give him proper recognition! I'll be sure to ask next time. Also, the menu at Wendy's offers a nice variety that complements the excellent service.
I accidentally left my purse in the dining area, and the staff kindly kept it safe for me. I’m very grateful for their assistance! I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich since they had sold out of baked potatoes and chili by 6:00 PM. My husband went with the Son of a Baconator. Both sandwiches arrived hot and fresh!
You often see ads showcasing perfect burgers, but it’s rare to find one that lives up to the hype. However, I found an exception at the Wendy's on the west end. The staff here is consistently friendly, which really adds to the overall experience.
