I usually refrain from writing negative reviews, but I feel it's important to share my experience this time. The young woman at the counter really needs to work on her customer service skills, particularly her attitude. While I was placing an order for an elderly woman, I noticed her roll her eyes in annoyance, as if assisting customers was too much effort. When it was finally my turn, I had to gather myself because her behavior was completely unacceptable. I truly love this restaurant, but they might want to consider hiring friendlier staff. After working in customer service for six years, I could never imagine treating someone the way I was treated today. It was extremely frustrating.
I visited this restaurant at around 5 PM on November 22, 2022, and used the drive-thru. I had to wait about 10 minutes in line. When I reached the speaker, the employee had a very negative attitude and insisted that I place my order inside the restaurant, even though the cars ahead of me had not been instructed to do so. I asked her why I needed to go inside since I was already in the drive-thru, but she couldn't provide a reasonable answer and just kept insisting that I order inside, sounding quite rude. Her unprofessional behavior led me to decide not to place an order at all.
Wendy's is conveniently located with ample parking and feels safe. However, their front counter service needs significant improvement. The employee taking my order was rude and had a negative attitude, and it was concerning that the supervisor simply laughed it off. They definitely need to bring in a new supervisor and refresh their team to enhance customer service. I won’t be coming back to this Wendy's unless the staff situation changes. I found my double Baconator patties were overcooked, and the fries tasted old. It's essential to check your drive-thru order right there to ensure your food is fresh, which is unfortunate. It seems like the employees might not be satisfied with their salaries, and that could be affecting the quality of service. It's a shame to see such lackluster performance.
I make a special effort to visit this Wendy's, driving past two others just to get there, because they always get my order right and never forget anything. The staff is extremely friendly as well. I do wish there were an easier way to get back onto Route 13, but the trip is definitely worth it when I'm craving their food.
I arrived 30 minutes before closing time and ended up waiting 15 minutes in the drive-thru without receiving any assistance. When I drove around to the front, I noticed an employee sitting by the window, simply watching me as I passed by. This experience underscored a significant failure in customer service.
I noticed that one of my sandwiches was missing while I was waiting at the window. I called to report it, but the first person I spoke to left me on hold until the call disconnected.
