I visited the drive-thru and had a very disappointing experience. The staff rushed us through our order, handed us the wrong items, and I found green hair in several of the food items. When we tried to address the issue, they accused us of violating health codes and even threatened to call the police. We ended up leaving feeling cheated. The employees were rude and the situation was utterly disgusting. I highly recommend avoiding this restaurant.
The prices have gone up yet again. I remember when I could go to Wendy's and get a 4 For $4. Wendy's added the $5 Biggie Bag with the different options on burgers. But now the same deal you got for the 4 For $4 is now $7. It's no longer a deal and you can barely get it passed as a meal! This used to be an affordable place, but you may as well go to a different place for more food for the same price and better quality!
My experience at most Wendy's locations over the last several years has been mediocre at best, but I was very pleasantly surprised at this visit.My burger was actually pretty juicy and flavorful. My chicken sandwich was a little dry, but it tasted pretty good.It was pretty expensive for what it was, but overall it was a pretty good experience.
Haden rang us up and didn’t give me some of what I paid for. Him and his other buddy there sat and watched me and ignored me as I sat at the window. I don’t even care about getting the food now all I want is my money back. I sat at the window for seven minutes. I even tried honking the horn, and they just ignored me. Book a table now
I had a disappointing experience with the customer service at the drive-thru today. Both employees I encountered seemed disinterested in their work and, unfortunately, they also mixed up our order. Let’s do better, folks!
Great place for fast food!Sunday is little weird but other days is perfect so I won't give them anything negative for that but Sunday food is little below from other days.Besides that one of the best Wendy's!
Maria was so mean and treated me horribly. yelled, raised her voice, and had no respect towards any customers. Also messed up my order and said it was my fault? i told her the right thing.
