Right away I noticed the woman with red hair wasn’t the most friendly. I wanted to ask if they could unlock or turn on the water/soda machine she said it’s off so cannot but can offer a water cup. I said no bc I want to fill my own water bottle not waste a cup. A few minutes later, I asked another question about when the dining room closes, since it was around 11pm and usually fast food restaurants close their dining room early so I was surprised and wanted to know. She sort of exasperatingly said I don’t know, ask him, pointing to the manager sitting in the dining room. The service during the night shift needs significant improvement. We returned home only to discover that our order was incorrect. When we called and went back to pick up the remaining items, we received only half of our order. We spent exactly $40, and in return, we received nothing. Wendy's, please consider hiring staff who can perform their jobs effectively.
This location is quite bustling. I ordered two combo meals using the kiosk, and my order was prepared promptly. The staff appeared a bit stressed, but they were as friendly as possible given the pressure they were under.
Normally, enjoy it here, but we walked out and won't be back for a while. Laura definitely made us uncomfortable with unsolicited remarks, lack of professionalism, and communication.

This is a fantastic restaurant with a warm and friendly atmosphere. Everything on the menu is excellent, and Jose provides outstanding customer service. Highly recommend!
