I'm writing to apologize for the misunderstanding with my cashier, Roksana. I ordered a taco salad but decided to return it for a Bourbon bacon stick because I was drawn in by the smell of the chili. I was initially confused about why I didn't receive a refund for the price difference in my order. However, once I got to my car, I realized they had actually given me the combo order, which turned out to be the same price. I made a mistake, Roksana. I hope you have a wonderful day!
This is truly a fast-food spot! My entire experience, from entering to leaving the drive-thru, only took 5 minutes. The best part? The food was piping hot, as if it had just come off the stove. I absolutely loved it! I was on the verge of getting hangry, so I'm really glad I decided to stop here. This Wendy's is an excellent option when you're in a rush.
This Wendy's definitely deserves 10 stars without a doubt. As an essential worker at Jamaica Hospital, I can say that the staff treats us with the highest level of respect and courtesy. A special shout-out to Deri! We need more people like her. Her customer service skills are truly exceptional.
Horrible charge me twice even tho It went through the first time. They charge me for a book of coupon I didn't even want. I also show the lady working the drive thru that the transaction went through my bank statement and they arguing with me saying theyonly charge me once. Book a table now
Waited for 20 minutes to order and I?m still waiting to get the food. I don?t know what is happening inside. This is very upsetting. I feel very bad for me and the others behind me. I fond of Wendy?s food but this long waiting time is kind of disappointing.
Yesterday was our first visit to this wonderful restaurant, but it definitely won't be the last. We had a fantastic evening, thanks to the attentive service, outstanding food and wine, and reasonable prices. We are looking forward to returning soon!
The manager in thisWendy?s is absolutely disgusting on top of her looking like Ronald Mcdonald, she was extremely rude and nasty and denied giving a customer the proper order she should be fired for having such poor character

I always love me some Wendy?s, but the drink machine is definitely questionable. Other than that the food is good.
