After three years since my last negative review, I feel compelled to share my experience again. I've encountered poor customer service on multiple occasions, with little attention paid to ensuring orders are correct. Additionally, the staff rarely inquires about reward points.
Most recently, I placed a mobile order at the drive-thru and clearly mentioned it was mobile. However, when I reached the window, the employee handed me my receipt without even facing me and seemed more interested in chatting with her coworkers than attending to customers. The manager was also distracted, running back and forth between two employees while my order was just sitting there.

I absolutely adore Wendy's KINI! It's been my mom's favorite for about 10 years now. I love getting the family size, which is perfect for serving a whole family and is packed with beans and just a bit of meat. The lemonade at Wendy's is also fantastic! And I can't forget to mention their large sandwiches—delicious! In my opinion, it's a great option for healthy eating. The service is good, and the staff are always friendly. I can't wait to visit again!

I witnessed an employee drop food on the floor, pack it up, and then serve it to a customer. They literally picked up the food from the floor, wrapped it, and handed it over.

Ordered the Southwest Avocado Salad and the strawberry lemonade. My order arrived in a timely manner, the salad and drink were well packaged, and everything was delicious!
