We decided to go inside because the drive thru was at 15 minutes. Once inside hand written signs tell you to use the kiosk. No one helped us with our order. They totally ignored us and started laughing in another language. Once we figured out how to useit, the kiosk only took credit cards, which we do not use. When I once again tried to ask one of the 15+ employees if I couldpay them cash, they totally ignored me. We walked out after 46 minutes of trying to order food. Never go to this Wendy's if youwant to eat or be treated like a paying customer. I feel my race had a significant baring on my treatment. Shame on you Wendy's,reverse discrimination is just as wrong as regular discrimination....
I definitely tasted the difference today! The croissant sausage and egg breakfast sandwich was OK the bread was soft definitely not a Croissant. The temperature of the potatoes that came with the sandwhich was definitely about 70?. Seriously they werefrigid. At 7:45 in the morning you think everything would be fresh. The attitude of the employee that I dealt with was just aswarm. I will definitely not be a return customer.
Our order taker was a colorful young man with long dyed blonde hair and multicolored bands Tying it back, He was Very energetic and he seemed to really like his job. My brother and I sat in drive-through while we waited for our food and he entertained us the entire time. Our food was made fresh and it was correct, so we didn't mind waiting, especially since we had a pre dinner show provided by our cashier????
I was Picking up a DoorDash order for the first time. No instructions says to stop at the speaker Window to confirm a DoorDash order. No cars in line, makes me go around to the speaker to confirm the order instead of taking the order while I was at the window. This cashier was having a bad day! Let’s just say their costumer service is not great.

I never could get an order placed through the app because the app wouldn't take my major credit card, kept throwing up weird database error codes. Staff couldn't help and I am NOT going to spend eternity on the phone waiting for tech support for a measly burger. Luckily McDonald's, Jack in the Box, and Carl's Jr. were all nearby. AMF, Wendy's.
Children really enjoy Wendy's. Personally, I'm not a fan of fast food, but I was pleasantly surprised by the spiced steak fries that are unique to this Wendy's location. I would definitely return just for the fries.
Overall good experience. But drive thru employee quit slow. They don't seem to be efficient. A few times I gave up B4 ordering and went to subway on the other side of the street just because it was taking too long.
I had a meal for $5.44 with excellent service! Ronald was very friendly and upbeat. The food was also tasty, comparable to other nearby fast food spots. Definitely recommend.

There was no toilet paper and the place smelled bad.They didn't have one of the sauces that go on burgers. Other than that, the food was ok and there was minimum wait time.
Forgot to give us straws and a spoon for chili through drive through. Had to go pull around and go in and get it. Food is great though. Love the chili.
