Even with only a few cars ahead of me, I spent quite a bit of time waiting to reach the drive-thru window. When I finally did, I had trouble understanding the employee on the speaker, which might explain why my order was incorrect. Overall, my meal was disappointing. First, everything was lukewarm. Second, the fries needed more salt. Third, my sandwich was missing some toppings. Fourth, the bun was stale. Lastly, the mayonnaise on my sandwich had an off taste, as if it might be spoiled. The manager was actively working and her customer service was outstanding. I hardly ever review fast food restaurants, but I have to say that they accommodated all my requests for modifications without any issues. The friendly manager even wiped down my soda cup before handing it to me! On top of that, the food was the best fast food I've ever had. The fries were piping hot and the pickles on my sandwich were evenly distributed. It was truly the best fast food experience I've ever had.
Customers of the establishment have not encountered any issues for quite some time. I visited last week around 10 PM, and the woman at the drive-thru was still polite and professional.

New in town and this is a great location. It is always busy but line moves fast and employees are very friendly. Food is always hot and fresh.
