I've been coming here since the restaurant first opened. The team manager always greets me with a warm welcome. I can't comment on her driving skills, but inside, the atmosphere is calm and clean, especially since the initial HVAC issues have been resolved. The food is incredibly fresh! Plus, enjoying a meal with a view of the mountains is a delightful bonus!
Freddy at Wendy's is the epitome of a top-notch cashier. His warm attitude, quick service, and focus on getting every detail right make each visit a delight. From greeting customers with a smile to making sure orders are correct, Freddy embodies excellent customer service. If you want a smooth dining experience at Wendy's, Freddy is the person to see.
DoorDash cancelled our order saying Wendy’s was unable to fill it and turns out that was not the case! They not only had our full order but they kept our warm and drinks/frostys cold. They were super helpful and made a frustrating experience better by gifting us some extras of a couple things!
Ordered my food fresh and waited like 12 minutes in drive thru and then I got a hard thin rubbery chicken patty with a hair and the patty resembles the cheaper chicken sandwiches and soggy cold fries .... this place has been one of my favorites but I'm switching to burger King next door. The service was quick and the changes to my order were handled smoothly, all with a touch of culinary flair. The salad was delicious, and the rolls were served with a smile! Thank you. Wendy's hot cheeseburger was a hit when I visited around 4 PM!
I gave it a rating of 4 because I didn’t have any complaints. Your breakfast pancake platter is really good. The pancakes are sweeter than those at McDonald's, which I like.
Workers messed order up and were extremely rude. Even say them turn someone down in the drive thru. These night workers should not be working there.
