I can never just order, pay, and drive off with my food. There's always a wait after I pay, which is frustrating. Since COVID, the food quality has been disappointing, and with a Dave's single combo now costing over $10, I don't feel like it's worth the money. I rarely eat fast food, and until they stop overcharging us with these outrageous prices, I will be voting with my wallet.
Whoever works the shift on Feb 18th, 2024 at 12:30pm needs to be fired. Unprofessional as hell! All 3 of them. Came to the speaker and was all laughs, couldn't even take the order, had us wait then went in and they gave the order away on top of that RUDE AS HELL!!!!! Can't even believe this is who they hire. How they were we didn't even trust to eat out food. Worse service ever.
This is one of the worst Wendy's locations in the area. The staff seems to have a genuine dislike for customers, and even the manager appears to support this attitude. I understand that in today's world, we shouldn't expect great service, as it may be seen as unreasonable. However, this experience was particularly disappointing.
Worst customer service ever refused to do to orders then refuses to serve me ingeneral then got in mine and my coworkers face and was yelling and cussing and threatened us i will never go back and none of my coworker will be eather. I hope this place gets shut Book a table now
I had a wonderful experience with the staff at this restaurant. Although my entire order was mixed up, as soon as I called, they were very apologetic. They returned the next day and replaced everything for me. I’m really pleased with this location!
This was the slowest and worst Wendy's I've ever visited in my life. I don't understand how they stay in business. If I were the boss, I would consider buying meals for everyone working behind that counter. I'm definitely not coming back.
Always fast service here. Workers are always friendly in the drive thru when I go. Food is always on point and fresh when I get it.
