The service is always slow. There is no fast in this fast food. It does not matter if there are two cars infront of me or zero. I constantly have to ask for fries to be extra hot and I get attitude from the staff when I send them back because they are cold. Your commercial indicate that the fries will be HOT and crispy. You may want to put your advertisement money into employee development as it is a waste having a commercial that does not deliver on expectations.
Moved to the area last week and after 2 drive-thru experiences, the fries are not hot like their huge signs specifies, never got a napkin or ketchup packet even after I asked so I’m clear I’d much rather prepare and enjoy my own cooking at home than waste my money and caloric intake on lackluster service and products. Thanks!
Staff needs training. They have no Idea what they are doing.. My coworker and myself had a terrible experience....The one guy at the register wasn't terrible. It was the rest of the staff and the food we received that made it a terrible experience...
not as good as they use, cold frits slow service while driving through the track, chili earlier be the best! now quarter pieces hamburger don't taste so good. the kitchen seems unorganized. everything was better than older women worked there. Book a table now
The other day I visited this restaurant and was delighted by the young man working there. He went out of his way to be kind and gentle with the older woman I was with, who can be difficult at times. We need more people like him in the world.
The service was good, however that was the only positive aspect. My friend and I both ordered burgers but unfortunately ended up with food poisoning. I used to love Wendy's, but after this experience I don't think I can eat there again.
Employees were running after each other in the parking lot between the drive thru, service was pretty good. Burgers were ok, french fries were terrible. Everytime I go it is hit or miss. You would think fast food would be consistent.
