Placed online order at 11am, got to window 11:45 order not started. Asked to pull forward waited 20 minutes, order came out was told everything should be there, if not we will make it right. got to work to separate orders, missing items on sandwiches, order of fries and a entire sandwich. Called and was told come back we will make it right! After spending 25 minutes on an order placed online AND then waiting to get it made, NOPE NOT WAITING AGAIN!!!! I won't be back and yes I have worked in the fast food business so I do understand
The staff is somewhat friendly, but there's room for improvement. I've found that the food can be good at times, but often when I order, it arrives cold. This is why I don’t visit regularly. During my first few trips, the service was better. To keep customers satisfied, it’s essential that their meals are served hot and correctly prepared. Cold food doesn’t lead to happy customers; on the other hand, well-prepared hot meals do keep them coming back.
On Tuesday at 5:30, my family and I stopped by for a quick snack. The gentleman at the register and the lady assisting both in front and back were very friendly, and the food was fresh! We had a great experience. Thank you to the wonderful staff!
We had a wonderful experience at this restaurant! The service was exceptional and personalized. The hot fries were delicious, the salad was perfectly crispy, and the prices were very reasonable. Highly recommended!
