For the past few months, my boyfriend and I have encountered issues every time we try to order food, whether we go together or separately. The most frequent problem has been with the classic chicken sandwich. We always request it without lettuce or tomato, but for the last four visits, they have consistently gotten it wrong. On the first two occasions, they forgot to remove the lettuce and tomato. On the third visit, the drive-thru employee took off the pickles as well, saying, “I don’t like them,” and on the fourth, the lady at the drive-thru marked it as "plain," requiring me to correct it at the window with another staff member. Would of gave more stars but I went in to Wendy's tonight 2/22/24 to pick up my order around 7pm and the girl upfront was extremely rude to me I asked her for a cup holder so I could easily carry the drinks out to the car and she said what and rolled her eyes very unprofessional your not supposed to talk to customers like that it was unnecessary
I picked up food to go. The drive-thru is located in a rather strange spot, and it’s challenging to see if it’s safe to merge when leaving, especially near the stop sign. The food was delicious, and the service was satisfactory, but the employees didn’t appear very cheerful.
We stopped by this restaurant on our way home to grab a bite to eat, and we couldn't be more pleased! The hospitality of the staff was extraordinary! They genuinely demonstrated their care for the customers and their commitment to providing excellent service!

Half of all orders have been wrong in the past two months. Shift manager wanted me to pay for something I didn't order. Weird, right?Seventh time getting the order wrong!
