100% unprofessional service. Placed an online order. Chili was out, so I was able to substitute another item. No big deal. Got home with the food and was missing one burger, and one potato looked like someone jabbed there fingers into it. I went back and the Manger blantly complained about me, where I could hear her. She gave me my food, with no acknowledged, apology or anything. Oh, she was also handling raw meat with no gloves, and all she did was use a paper towel afterwards.
Go here if you want your order messed up and want cold chili. I ordered a chicken sandwich and a small chili. They asked me if I wanted sour cream, onions and cheese and I said yes. They got two out of three. The chili was less than room temperature, I didn't even melt the cheese. My buddy ordered chili cheese fries and he got just plain fries. He went in to ask for chili cheese fries and some spicy chili sauce. He got the chili cheese fries and ghost pepper ranch sauce? Come on
Beyond annoyed with this location. People never wear the mask properly, food is mediocre at best, never great. Last time I was there was asked to pull in front of building. I thought I would get fresh hot food, wrong. The buns where dried out and hard and the food was lukewarm at best. I have complainers via survey and directly in the site and no one has ever reached out about my experience. 0 stars would be better.
The triple cheese was perfect and tasted fantastic. The fries alil heavy on the salt but they were on the money for taste too. The nuggies, could've been alil fresher, but tyson themselves have been dropping the ball on manufacturing chicken anyway.
