I’m in the process of getting a refund for my order at Wendy's. The manager seemed indifferent to the time customers spent waiting in line for their orders. It appears that delivery orders are prioritized over those of dine-in customers. I waited almost half an hour, only to be told my order wasn't ready yet. This is truly disappointing customer service!
Wow well I don’t really like leaving bad reviews, but anyways each time we order something missing.. even kids meal for my son gets screwed up with no toy included and missing nuggets. It’s upsetting because we use this location often. I feel like I’m throwing away money. And nope this is an on going issue.

There were two white boys there who had no manners at all. They lacked customer service skills and didn't know how to interact with people. You shouldn't just throw food at customers like that.
They don't honor the $5 biggie bag; it's nearly $7 instead. Everything else was fine, though.
A big line and only one cashier. Others came after a customer mention his disconfort.
