I give this restaurant a five-star rating for their extremely fresh food, but only a two-star rating for their customer service. While we may not always be on our best behavior, it is still important to be polite and not pushy when working in the drive-thru. The nuggets were some of the best I have had from any fast food chain, even better than Wendy's. I commend Wendy's for their focus on serving fresh food. It is unfortunate that I have to inquire about the freshness of food at other establishments before placing an order, as some places serve cold or hard food.
I felt hurried as soon as I drove through the restaurant. The male voice on the speaker was rude and made annoying sounds. The drink was hot, but I didn't receive a proper greeting when I paid with my card. I took a sip of my lemonade and discovered there was plastic in it. This Wendy's location is awful. If I hadn't used a straw, I could have potentially choked on it.
There's really not much to say, it's Wendy's. It's a somewhat new building (redone a few years ago). Better than BK and the Arch's (cept for the fries -and MRib if you can find it). Their chicken sandwiches.. Well I have a YT channel all about those and let's say Wendy's is not a finalist. BUT their burgers are okay.
We ordered food here yesterday. The place is clean and covid protocols were followed. The lines were pretty long, and the service was good. There is ample seating available to sit and eat. We didn't have to wait on line, we ordered from the machine inside, so it made the process easier and faster to get food.

I ordered a solid meal, and when I got the fries, there was a long hair in the fries. I called and told them that a woman had a very bad job when she picked up the phone. Before I told myself, I was hanging up the phone and she had an extremely bad attitude. difference
Was glad there was a long drive thru line when I was in a short line inside. Always felt the food here is better quality then the other fast food places. Plus had 15 feet space from the nearest person. Felt safe to eat inside.

This location is super clean and modern. Big screen TVs and a really cool soda machine. The food was fresh, hot and fast.
