Just left this place at 8:15pm...first I had to back up 3 times, for whatever reason. Second they got my order wrong not once but three times when you can see everything on the receipt. I get home and they didn't get my fries write, I had no jalapeno just bacon and cheese. One young lady had an attitude when the cashier (Patricia) tried to tell her what the order was. It's sad because I really like coming her plus it's closer to my house. First shift is awesome though.
I put in a mobile order through the Wendy's Website. When I went to pick up my order through the Drive Thru, I was rudely told they were closed even though I was able to place an order to that location. Hopefully, cancelling the order will give me a full refund like the girl at the drive thru claimed when I asked about a refund. Either way, going to Wendy's was a waste of my time and energy.
One of the managers, John, was extremely pleasant and kind. It's refreshing to encounter someone in the customer service industry who still maintains respect and professionalism. Great job, John! Additionally, the food was delicious and fresh.
Customer service is terribleTakes 30 minutes to place a order and once it get a certain time they say they put of certain items. They act hood and like they really don't care if they give good service or not. Book a table now
The lines have been a little better but being that I'm here at least twice a week sometimes more the order takers can be better and stop closing early ?
Terribly slow! Worker had attitude didn't know how to work the computer! Food cold! Baconator with no bacon! Thanks so much!
The food was good but as long as you have to sit in line, the food should be better than good. It should be great
