Food was fine but store and lines were overcrowded and not organized as it should be for Pandemic restrictions. Service was Very slow as it always seems to be at this location. Long wait for orders to be completed compared to any other location. And they gave me a knife for my Frosty cause they said they had no spoons. Store was not clean
ONLY ORDER ONLINE OR WITH THE APP IF YOUR PICKING UP IN PERSON TRUST ME Not going to lie, I was so excited when they finally opened a Wendy's in walking distance but that faded quickly. The place is over run with loud rude kids and the homeless on topof having a bad layout that makes the self order kiosk basically unusable.
Terrible experience. The food was ice cold, and the fries tasted like they were cooked in old oil. The staff put just a small piece of lettuce on my burger, which is unacceptable. I will never visit the location at 149th Street and 3rd Avenue again.
This is definitely one of the best Wendy's locations in all of Edmonton. The #6 combo was incredibly fresh; the first bite of my spicy chicken was so hot it burned my tongue! The service is fast, and the food is fresh, which is what really matters. Book a table now
I use their self service to order my meal and when I got it from the counter and got home, is like they didnt even pay attention to what I wanted perfically so yea take this two stars smfh
Pretty decent burgers. The staff appears to put their maximum effort. Also, great customer service. The aroma of cooking in the lobby is thick and that sucks.
I ordered 3 sausage egg and cheese croissants with bacon ADDED ON. They literally only gave me ONE slice of bacon on each sandwich. Unacceptable service!
