During my lunch break, I decided to try somewhere new. The line at my usual spot was too long, and I noticed others pulling into Wendy's in Greenspring, so I followed their lead. The person who took my order was genuinely friendly and even assisted me in selecting my 4 for 4 meal—something I haven't experienced at other Wendy's locations. The service was prompt, and when I reached the window, the cashier was very welcoming. I don't receive that level of service at the location on Roebuck. The food was served hot and fresh, allowing me to enjoy my lunch and return to work on time. Thank you for the excellent service today! I will definitely be back.
Did the drive thru this time, ordered the spicy chicken and a root beer... never had the spicy chicken and have heard good things about it so figured I'd give it a try... it was pretty good. But, here's the other part. They said they were out of rootbeer... I was like... WHAT??? you had it yesterday... I was told I could come in and get it... I was like, huh... so at thewindow I received an empty cup and lid... so I had to park and go inside to fill my drink... what the !!!
Drive-thru experience. The cashier responded sharply to my husband. We ordered a baked potato with sour cream and butter, but instead received one with just sour cream and ketchup packets. The chicken wrap was unwrapped, with the aluminum foil only halfway on, as if no one took the time to wrap it properly. They also forgot to include our burger, so we had to circle back and wait again to complete our order. Overall, the service was poor and the food seemed incomplete.
ordered a bunless burger with a lettuce wrap instead. took out my order and started to eat and therebis no lettuce. I went back to request the missing keybitem and was told theybare out of lettuce! The key factor in ordering this. This could have beenexplained ahead of my order and i would have went somewhere else.

I must give credit where it's due. On a Friday night, with many places closed, the drive-thru line at Wendy's was quite long. However, the pleasant voice that took my order remained calm and collected. I received my order promptly, and the food from the menu was fresh and delicious. I will certainly be back!
Didn?t even get to order. Sat at the speaker waiting to order. So I drive to the window and the lady gets mad at me because they have 3 people working. I didn?t know Wendy?s staffing was my issue. Her funky attitude ruined my appetite. I won?t be back
This Wendy's need customer service training asap. They run the drive thru like they're talking to someone that they know. I said hello and the response was good bye so I took my business somewhere else). Today is 11/11/2022 10:45a.m.
5 th Wendy problem differential places that is it about gloves and diner in close and not enough responsibility so I decided stay away Wendy’s for while until new management and implement!

I always have a great experience at this Wendy's! I typically use the drive-thru, and they know me by name. Tony is always so cheerful and friendly! The fries are reliably crispy!
