I visited the restaurant around 9:30 this morning and was pleased to find that there was no line ahead of me. However, upon reaching the ordering counter, a staff member informed me that the manager had overslept and they had just opened, so nothing was available yet. The last time I came in, I wanted a salad, but they were out of both lettuce and tomatoes. This time, I opted for a baked potato, only to be told that the potatoes weren’t ready either. On a previous visit, they had even run out of eggs. It’s baffling how a restaurant can be out of ingredients when it’s located right next to a grocery store. I must say, this location is quite disappointing!

I had an incredibly disappointing experience at this restaurant and would give it zero stars if that were an option. They charged me for items I never received and never picked up their phone. I ordered two cups of chili, one with cheese and onions, but only one had cheese, and neither had any onions at all. I also ordered a baked potato with bacon and cheese, but it arrived completely plain. My burger was supposed to come with onion rings and BBQ sauce, but they were "out of stock." I ended up paying $25 for cold, overpriced food! From now on, I think I’ll stick to McDonald's instead.

This is, without a doubt, the worst Wendy's I've ever visited. I had high hopes for this new location in Varnell, but it seems unlikely they will succeed given the current management. I've been there three times since they opened, and each visit has been disappointing. I've had to wait at least 25 minutes in the drive-thru every time. During my most recent visit, I waited nearly 30 minutes, only to find out that some items from my order were missing. Fixing the mistake took just as long since the lobby is still closed. All of this points to poor management.

I placed a carry-out order through the app and arrived to find the doors locked, despite the app indicating that they were open for both carry-out and dine-in. When I inquired inside, I was informed that there were no baked potatoes available, which meant I had to wait an additional 7 minutes. To add to my frustration, I learned that the strawberry frosty I ordered was out of stock, leaving me with just vanilla or chocolate as my options. If the app had been updated, I would have been aware of these issues before making the trip. Book a table now

Worst Wendy's I have ever been to. As a new restaurant in Varnell, I truly wanted this one to be successful but with the current management that doesn't seem promising. I have been here three times since its opened giving them a chance and every time itsthe same. You sit in the drive through for no less than 25 minutes. The last time I was here I waited in line nearly 30 minutesand they left items off my order. Took nearly as long to get it corrected since the lobby is still closed. This is all areflection of management.

I've been going to this store since it opened because it is close to where I work. Long wait times in the drive-in has plagued this store. During breakfast time the menu board will show lunch items, and this morning I waited 7 minutes for my order to betaken but no one answered. When I drove around, there were three workers inside, but no sign saying they were closed and no onecam to the window to talk to me. I ended up going to the McDonald's.

Placed carry-out app order. Arrived to find the doors locked even though the app showed they were open for carry-out and dine in. I was then notified that they did not have any baked potatoes ready so I had to wait 7 minutes on that. I was then notifiedthat they did not have the strawberry frosty that I had ordered. The only options were vanilla and chocolate. If the app hadbeen updated I would have known all of this before my arrival.

They definitely need to bring on staff who are enthusiastic about working at the drive-thru! The woman in charge today had a very monotone voice and seemed quite unhappy, which really soured the experience. After each of my orders, her only response was, "Is that it?" It was really frustrating! I don't think I'll be coming back. Book a table now

Out of knot buns for the mozzarella burger/chicken sandwiches. Tried for 2 weeks straight to get the sandwich, had to sub for different type of bun. Frustrating to experience apology after apology. Other then that, the staff was friendly and as helpfulas they could be
