I’ve lived near this Wendy’s for close to 20 years and go there maybe once a month. The food is always fine but the staff is pretty consistently unprofessional. I’ve never felt the need to leave a review because of it, but today the guy at the drive through window made me so uncomfortable that I felt I had to. After he took my payment he stood with his head out the open drive through window carrying on about how he has two kids at home but when he comes to work he just feels like he has eight more kids and he “shouldn’t be so stressed out all the time.” It seemed like he was talking to me since he was standing at the window with my credit card in his hand. It was awkward and I just sat there...
I've never been inside. I've hit the drive thru 3 or 4 times since it is near my house. Every time the food has not been good. Feels like it's been sitting since lunch. Almost always cold as was the case today. I like Wendy's, but not this one.
Wendy's closes early Needs NEW staffing. They are not concerned anout honoring app orders or people that are at the window before 1:00 CST, even though the Wendy's proudly advertises they are open until 1:00 CST
Ordered online- still had to wait 8-10 minutes in drive thru and completely messed up order. $22 meal for one person- last time doing this Wendy’s.

Hot and fresh food as always. My order is always correct. My only complaint is that the food is priced higher than other fast food establishments.
Came here and this lady with crooked British looking teeth said “they weren’t gonna make my order” so I lashed in a respectful manner.
Clean, the Coke machine always works. The help is polite do their jobs so it has the best food I've had at a Wendy's.
I'm not much of a fast good guy but Wendy's does a nice job. Clean, good service and good food at a reasonable cost.

The manager is wonderful. He has been there for over a decade.
