After reading the reviews about the Southern Fried Chicken, I decided to give it a try—and I can confidently say it’s the best boneless Southern Fried Chicken I’ve had in Massachusetts. The chicken breast was incredibly juicy, the batter perfectly crispy, and the gravy absolutely delicious, making it well worth ordering.

The food at Westside Pizza is great, but I wish the staff would pay attention when taking orders. I requested mashed potatoes and gravy on the side, but they didn’t include the mashed potatoes. Also, who eats all that broccoli? This isn’t the first time they’ve messed up my order. It feels like whenever you ask for special accommodations, they intentionally get it wrong. I asked for no jalapeños, yet they added extra. The young girl at the front has a bad attitude, but the older woman is very pleasant and always gets the order right. Called in an order for 3 lunches at 11:50 am. was told 20-25 minutes. got there at 12:12, paid for my order and she said just a couple of minutes.15 minutes later she asked my name again... still no order20 minutes later the other lady asked my name again.They had already packed 2/3rds of the bag and clearly missed or screwed up one of the items.. said nothing to me and had to make that last item.after being in there for 40 minutes they finally gave me my food, no apology, nothing.ended up with cold steak tips, cold wings and one hot meal.used to be a decent place but clearly don't care anymore.
Westside Pizza used to be an excellent spot, but since the ownership changed, the experience has gone downhill. Last night, the delivery driver charged my card extra even though I had already given him a cash tip. I caught it immediately because I receive emailed receipts. I had to call and dispute the charge with the manager, and while I did get a refund, I won’t be ordering from them again. As longtime customers, it’s really disappointing to be treated this way. On top of that, the food quality has dropped—my salmon was burnt beyond recognition.

Last time I’m ordering from this place they have children behind the counter that do not know how to take an order. I ordered a buffalo chicken Panini got a buffalo chicken wrap and there was no chicken inside of it mostly lettuce and bacon the service and food quality in this place has really gone down the drains. It’s like they’re giving up on service.
I ordered a buffalo chicken pizza for delivery, the delivery driver was awesome but the pizza was extremely salty which caused me to get a migraine because I have high blood pressure, not ordering from Westside Pizza again
Great service and very welcoming. I felt nice and cozy. Was a little bummed out there was t any carrot ? Cale on deck, but I'll get over it. Steak and cheese sub made up for it ?
I ordered the loaded mashed potatoes, and they tasted like instant potatoes from a package. They were extremely dry. I wouldn't recommend them.
