We love to come to Western Omelette, we usually go to the one in Fountain because everyone is so nice. Today we came to this western omelette, the other waitresses had a smile and were vey attentive, but our waitress never smiled, she hardly came to check on our table (Leila) . I know we all have hard days and it was very busy but we do need to be attentive and nice to the customers. Customer service is very important especially if you want that 18- tip.
I’d give it a solid 4.6, so I’ll round up to 5 stars. The chimichanga breakfast burrito was packed with flavor and a good balance of ingredients. I would have preferred more hash browns under the burrito. But. All in all it was still a massive serving. The standard breakfast plate was solid. Everything was on point. This is clearly a local spot as I could tell there were a bunch of regulars. Fun atmosphere.
After having technical issues with an E-gift card, Russel was very nice and helped me right away and even increased the gift card value (too kind! and left it for me to pick up. Staff was lovely and many asked if I needed assistance when I walked in! I will say I have eaten here before and the food and service was very good, will have to come back again soon! Thank you Western Omlette!
Being from out of town my husband and I were looking for a breakfast spot and we were lucky enough to come across Western Omelette. Wonderful food, hefty portions, and great customer service. We will definitely be back the next time we’re in town! Book a table now
The best bacon, the best eggs, the best enchiladas and chimichangas, the best food and the spiciest hot sauces and salsas I've ever had. I would literally cry if they closed down. I recently moved back to this city and they were 50% of the reason.
We had an amazing Saturday brunch here. We sat on the dog friendly patio. The food was amazing the the portions are huge for the price. The pancake was amazing and I can't wait to get another!
