Right. I can't. In a nest like Hoyerswerda to present this kitchen and then become even better. I slowly feel like the caller in the desert, but bears have already played the leading role here. And at last bears have been heard, the testers of the Gault Millau have entered the deepest East German province and have become fierce. It's time. Somewhere in the middle of nowhere this is what you might think and maybe you're right. BUT!!! This is an amazing restaurant with excellent dishes, great wines and a fantastic waiter! The selection of food combined with creativity of serving it is awesome! All suggestions...met our wishes even if we didn't actually know what's our wish! As written: Just GREAT!
