I had the best pretzels of my life at this restaurant. It was 3pm, after lunch, but the pretzels were still warm and fresh. I have never tasted pretzels with such passion before. The crunchy outside combined with the doughy inside, perfectly salted, was beautiful. I ordered pizza bites and a classic salted pretzel and finished it all in ten minutes. It cost me $16, which was a lot for me, but it was worth it. The staff was kind and funny, making me feel like I was in Germany ordering gourmet pretzels. I will always remember these pretzels, they were heavenly. Unfortunately, I did not take any pictures, but trust me, they tasted amazing.
I ordered fresh hotdog bites, but unfortunately, I was told that they were not available. The hotdog bites looked like they had been sitting out for a while. The manager, who was on his cellphone, instructed the staff to deny my request. This was very unprofessional and unacceptable for a business.
Wetzels Pretzels is a must-have snack when visiting the mall. The pretzels are simply delicious. Since this place is new, we made sure to come here as we believe food places are at their best when freshly opened. Couldn't agree more that restaurants are at their worst when Gordon Ramsay visits!
The food at this restaurant is always fresh and kept warm at the perfect temperature for enjoying items like bites and pretzels. The staff is constantly busy either at the cashier or assisting with other tasks. The prices are also very reasonable, not too expensive but not cheap either.

Don’t go here they have awful customer service, the food is sub par. I was served under cook raw dough inside both my pretzel dog and cheese pretzel dog. Forced to wait over 10 minutes while they try to recook new ones. Run don’t walk
I highly recommend trying the salted spelt with marinara sauce and mango garnish at this restaurant. Both dishes are exceptional and contribute to the overall quality of the dining experience.
You definitely pay NYC prices here, but the brezel is really good. The service is friendly, despite being in a busy location in the mega mall.
Pretzels were good. Spent $35, was denied request for a water cup. Auntie Anne’s would never do this to me.
