I have been her multiple times since it opened, I had never had a negative experience until tonight. We walked up to the counter and the girl tells us she couldn't help us because they close in two minutes. My wife asked about a drink that they had advertised on the wall and she said they don't have the items to make it anymore.
Bernarda Peña lacks professionalism for a manager; she doesn't seek solutions for her workers and makes decisions on behalf of the customers. I asked for a large lemonade, and she questioned why I wanted it that big, implying it was for a child, and then gave me a small one instead. Her attitude was uncalled for.
I ordered food and a drink, but unfortunately, the drink had an off-putting smell, reminiscent of a swamp, and it wasn’t sweet at all. The food was also disappointing—small portions and overpriced. I wouldn't recommend buying anything from this place.
We were trying to place an order when an employee stopped assisting us to answer her cell phone. The other employee did not step in to help and simply ignored us. So we decided to leave. Book a table now
Usually love pretzel but decided try hot pretzel- Don't do it! Was greasy and totally over powered taste of pretzel. Service was fast, cheerful everything was clean.
It seems like a great place to work! Everything we ordered was made fresh right in front of us. The freshness is evident in every dish. I really love this place!
