I have been coming to this wahterburger for 10 years and it has recently turned into a place of rude , entitled workers that that thing they can laugh at people because they are on the other side of the microphone. I recently had surgery and and my vocal cord was damaged, so I turn off my vehicle so they can here me and what do I here a brat on the other laughing at the way I 'm talking . Then Jesse the manager immediately says she was not laughing at you . I 'm so pissed off that they will be lucky if they ever get my business or families business again. Laughing directly or indrectly at a person is rude as heck. Horrible customer service ........
Very happy with my visit! The service was good and the food was also very tasty and satisfying. The bathroom was clean but the stall door cannot be completely shut. So, that needs to be fixed. The coke was watery and they changed it right away. The prices were also really reasonable considering the times we are in. I was able to order a meal for less than ten dollars! And it was good! Definitely worth the price and will go back again.
Coming from Prescott, I noticed there's no longer a Whataburger there, so I try to stop by whenever I'm in the valley, especially at my favorite location nearby. The food is great, but what really stands out is the excellent customer service. Dominic and Anna were both prompt and friendly. It was nice to watch how they interacted with each customer, making everyone feel welcome. I'll definitely be returning!
that's my way to whataburger. I had mostly great experiences here in recent years. this time was one of them. the hired treats them like family. they always take care of you. eating always comes hot and fresh. the restaurant is beautiful and clean. Stopped in to the 89th and Bell Whataburger after I had my motorcycle serviced nearby. Everyone seemed very happy-greeted me when I came in, was pleasant when I ordered and very nice when the server brought me my order. And, of course the Whataburger and fries were excellent like always. Thanks for such a great experience!
