I waited 10 minutes past the latest pickup time and had to call them to bring my order out. When they finally brought my food less than 2 minutes later, the employee apologized and explained that my order didn’t show as checked in on their screen. I asked if my food had been sitting there the whole time, and he said no, they only start preparing it when you check in. My fries were cold, and both the burger and chicken sandwich tasted awful. It was clear my food had been sitting out. Thanks, Whataburger, for serving cold food that was supposedly fresh.
I've ordered from this restaurant multiple times, but they consistently make mistakes with my order. This time, they forgot the cookies, the fries were ice cold, and the unsweetened tea had sugar in it. I thought I'd give them another chance, but they forgot the onion rings and gave me a vanilla shake instead of the raspberry one I originally ordered.
I recently stopped by their drive-thru. The food was satisfactory, and the service was impressive. The employee was unexpectedly friendly for a Monday morning, which was a pleasant surprise. The restaurant is conveniently situated at an intersection, making it easy to reach.
Breakfast at this place is fantastic! The jalapeño cheddar biscuit is simply amazing! When it comes to a diner experience, you really can't go wrong with Whataburger or the A1 burger. They're both incredibly tasty! Excuse me for a moment while I burp!

Since Raul G took over management, things have really improved. I even saw him outside washing the parking lot and rolling up the hose! He's very hands-on and doing an excellent job for the restaurant.
The restaurant upholds excellent cleanliness standards, and the service is exceptional. They offer a wide variety of burgers, but the original Whataburger remains the best option.
I waited 40 minutes to pick up my mobile order. The only good thing was that everything was correct, although it was cold.
I absolutely adore this restaurant! The only small drawback is that the drive-thru line can occasionally be slow.
