We enjoyed our experience in the Scratch Kitchen. Missy the owner was great and made sure our family had everything we needed. The food is cooked to order and we could say that everything was homemade. The dinning area we clean and quiet. The seats are limited to a maximum of 25 to 30. The location is a bit from the road in the Tallmadge Plaza near the Speedway petrol station at East Ave. Prices could be more than some, but I would say that is due to the quality and personalization that goes into any order. On a whim, my daughter and I went to dinner tonight and I'm glad to go back soon. The atmosphere is cozy, the staff and the service were friendly and top Notch and the food.... The FOOD!!!! My daughter had the All American Burger with Fritten and I went with the OM! Burger with onion rings. It was one of the best burgers I ever had. It was this delicious marriage of sweet and salty!! I just came home, and I'm thinking about what I'm supposed to try on my next visit. They have a good selection of salads and wraps and they even serve alcohol. Make yourself (and this local jewel) a firm and consider a meal. They will not regret any part of this decision.
This restaurant provided the worst service and food that I have ever experienced. I added several extra items to my order but none of them were included on my burger. When I tried to contact the store, nobody answered so I reached out to their corporate customer service. The manager called me back and insisted that I return the burger if I wanted a refund. When I declined, I was labeled a difficult customer. Despite my efforts to resolve the issue with customer service for the past three weeks, nobody has been able to help. It seems that Whataburger puts on a facade of caring, but ultimately fails to assist customers once they have received payment.
Absolutely delicious!! We went in for Sunday morning brunch and were seated immediately with a short wait for food. The blueberry compote pancakes were so good my two young boys are already asking to go back. The fried potatoes have sweet potatoes mixed in, and I'm still thinking about them!! If you haven't tried it yet, do it. And order Beermosa. You won't be disappointed.

We had lunch today and our food was delicious. The Blackberry Onion Marmelade on my burger alone was worth the ride. Everything was fresh and hot. The portions are hearty and favorable. Missy our server was attentive and very friendly. We will definitely be back
I love the burgers and chicken sandwiches at this restaurant. The French fries are just average in my opinion, but I can't get enough of their Dr. Pepper shake. Even though I don't usually like Dr. Pepper, this shake is absolutely amazing!
Impressed! Very tasty, clean fresh food! I don't have to be concerned about Gluten! Veggie wrap, added tofu was excellent. No coffee here, but very good choices of healthier drinks not loaded with sugar!
Really good food!!! The owner is very nice and the place is spotless. I had a bacon cheeseburger and fries and it was delicious. My wife had some onion rings and they we're great also.We will be back.

A decent little place to get fresh food. The accommodations are very small, maybe six or seven tables. Our hamburg meat tasted very simple, but the flat breads and pancakes were great.
The service was very quick and all our meals were served hot, exactly as we ordered. The staff were very friendly.
