I understand when it's busy, but a 20min wait watching people who ordered after you come and go is unacceptable. When I announce the wait to the lady at the register, she just nods and gives me attitude by asking if I knew what the other person ordered. I don't care what the other person ordered, as my order was very simple and all y'all needed to do was admit you messed up. As for the cashier lady (Juana? with the attitude, I suggest someone with management checks her before a customer does. Normally, this location is on point but tonight, everyone seemed high and off their game. The food is good, it's the reason we eat all the food from here. The service seems to have a high turnover rate, as everyone is new, and no one is ever there long enough to ever become very efficient. The atmosphere is usually like waiting for a train at the station or like at the airport, waiting for the airplane or standing in the line at the bank, at Payday. Everyone waits patiently eagerly. Parking: Usually a lot of parking, even if busier, when parking.
Driving through was packed midnight night/ Monday morning. Both lanes. You did a good job. The line moved steadily. The staff kept it nice. They were steady and focused, which was undoubtedly the reason why the service ran smoothly despite the volume of cars. I just didn't get one side of the severity my son ordered. But he wouldn't have had much of it anyway, as I would have rolled hard on my French frit, like Mof'k Pea-Auge-em-Pea.
Hello! Location has beautiful workers who are efficient and helpful even if their line seems endless. A guy is so good with words, he sounded like an auctioneer, and I totally understood him. I think a rotten spot in the potatoes came into my pommes and it was the worst, but otherwise everything was fresh and hot and delicious.
