The food was not good at all. The French fries weren't cooked all the way the burgers were like eating cardboard. It took forever to get our food even though there was only one person ahead of us. The eating tables were dirty bathrooms needed attention. We always love getting White Csstle when we see one but this location fell short today of making us satisfied. And it is hard to get in/out of the parking lot. The positive was that the employees were all nice friendly.
Being from Florida, Krystal burgers are more readily available. When we saw White Castle upon arrival, we had to have some. The staff was very sweet and the burgers were made fresh. They even sent us away with a bag of condiments.
There is an older lady who took my order and offered some of the best customer service EVER! She is always so pleasant every time I visit and it makes me want to return. My food was fresh and hot as well.
With being short staffed you couldn't ask for friendlier service. The person at the window was very friendly and asked if I needed anything to go with my meal. My food was fresh and oh man was it good. Book a table now
Wow! Fresh white burgers from the castle are crazy good from this world. And addicted. We visited a few times. Yum. In downtown Nashville after a big concert?! Fantastic!
Dont order from here on door dash. They will give u disgusting food. Mbfries werey warm and seemed like they were just heated up. And my burgers were so stale and hard
