This restaurant is incredibly delicious! The service is great and quick. It's always a pleasant experience dining here, and I have never had any issues in the many years I've been coming. My family members from various parts of the U.S. always make sure to stop in for sliders when they're in town, and now that I've moved to Brainerd, I do too.
visited 1/2/23. 45 minutes are waiting in the car thru with five other cars between 4-5 pm. Finally gave up and drove away when the cash wasn't in the window. fourth bad experience here, so there are obviously problems with the personnel/training. I recommend to close either the lobby or the drive-thru if they are not able to handle both.
The staff was friendly and attentive! Even from outside, it was evident that they were welcoming to first-time customers and willing to assist with any questions or requests. The prices were very reasonable compared to other places, especially considering their 10 different cheese specialties! Food: 5/5.
White Castle is a classic fast food joint that has always had the longest wait time in my experience. Despite this, the prices are no longer the cheapest but are now more competitive.
