Geri and lori were wonderful. it was our 49th high-time day (2 14 70) and at our high-time night I went out to get white castles for my new husband! there were 10 snow on the floor and the wipers were frozen into the windshield. when I started the car and the wiper, it ripped the rubber off the wiper blades! so white castle is our anniversary dining experience. we actually went to West Broad Street in columbus at our high-time night, but you eat is not the largest. we love this restaurant in springfield eating is always wonderful and the staff so friendly. thanks for a wonderful jubilee!
We had an amazing Valentines dinner at White Castle, Springfield. We made reservations online through OpenTable and upon arrival we were warmly greeted and found the entire restaurant decorated for Valentines. No waiting, no crowds. The inside of the restaurant was closed to the public for this event. Our entire dinner experience was a great. We were treated like VIPs. Our attentive server made sure we well taken care of. The food was delicious. Thank you to Dale and staff for a memorable evening!
We decided to take part in the annual Valentine's Day White Castle table service tradition. First evening table in and could not have been better. Greeted by a friendly trio handling all the seating and serving. Service was super fast and our slider-fest was on! Quality and value offered were nice. Decorations made it fun and our boys loved the floating candles on each table. We will make this an annual visit and make memories for years to come. Thanks so much :
I have to admit, I really enjoy their sliders! However, I had a bad experience once when I ordered 4 and one of them was cold. It was not appetizing at all. If I didn't live so far away, I would have taken it back. Hopefully, this doesn't happen again in the future. Book a table now
I love that you make this special ding for Valentine's Day. I, my man, my son, come in for three years and everyone is so nice! and it's always so sweet inside! my only criticism would be that there should be more deals or specializations on eating.
We have celebrated Valentine’s Day at the Castle for several years, at many locations, and the crew at the Bechtle Castle always do a fantastic evening. We’ll be back next year!
Valentine’s Day at the Castle was great! The manager at the Springfield, OH Castle always does a terrific job. This was our fourth VDay there we’ll be back next year.
Cute idea, not well executed. Needed another person working the dining room. The wait was horrible. The food was good! Would have loved to had music playing. Book a table now
I go to this location once a week, very friendly staff, most of the staff call me by name. The staff treats me like they appreciate me as a customer.
