I’m not from the area, and we don’t have white castles near me. When I saw this one, I got excited. Walked in, feet were sticking to the floor immediately but I ignored it due to staffing shortages. Went up to order, waited 3-4 mins for someone to ‘notice’ me, but again hoped it was staffing shortage. The woman who took my order spoke very broken English but her manager standing next to her kept correcting the things she misunderstood me saying. I sat down to wait, realizing my elbows were sticking to the table at which point I started to get disgusted and stood up. This place is a pretty spectacular disaster. I went in here 3 times the past week to pick up deliveries but had to cancel and leave every time because of how totally incompetent the staff are. I would have been there for 45 minutes either trapped in the drive through or standing around pacing back and forth with the other confused, disgruntled patrons who the staff casually disregard and talk down to. One time I approached one of the workers to ask how my order was coming along and she began cackling with laughter and dancing. Good stuff.
She also offered me sauces and greeted me warmly after the transaction. It felt like I was experiencing the level of service that should be standard, even though I know not every place manages that well these days. While the line was long, it moved smoothly, and it was surprisingly busy for a late evening. Many customers wore masks, and the staff appeared to be a bit older, which gave me confidence that their service would be at least decent. Overall, my experience here was quite pleasant.
They took about 15 minutes between each drive through order so I even tried calling out to the order machine to see if anyone was waiting for me to say something. Turns out they were just making whatever orders and never bothered to let the next person know they were busy. Person who took my order also seemed irritated when I told my order since they didn't fully write the order on the machine and instead partially memorized it. Thankfully the food was what I ordered though

I was pleasantly surprised to have a very simple and smooth tour visit, as there is usually a backup of cars and it takes about 20 minutes to get through. when I arrived there (about midday not less,) I could order immediately, then my lunch pay/picken, which was given to me by a very nice fellow worker who smiled ohr, to the ohr, and on my way be about 5 minutes! as a bonus. the order was right! very happy with my experience!
The ladies on the night shift are always incredibly helpful and hardworking. They consistently take my orders accurately and deliver them quickly. The overnight work can be quite challenging, so I just wanted to give them some well-deserved praise for their excellent job. Thank you!
Place was very clean, food was hot but just ok and customer service was not very good. Nobody was friendly or talked to you. The young lady stared at us until we gave her our order. No words no nothing! Then handed us the food. Again no words no nothing! So weird!
