the Valentine's Day in the White Lock is mine and my little tradition of my engaged in the last 6 years and we love it every year. Typically, the personal will prevent walks simply grab a table as it is intended for people who made reservations. in this year there were many walks that have disturbed the normally nice little event. Finally, I never remember seeing the restaurant so dirty. the personal has stressed and overwhelmed; but the tables were not wiped between the guests and when they were wiped, they were wiped with a dry paper cloth. the floor was clearly covered with soda stains and foods that were just brushed by the tables. also the personal made a great work, but maybe they were...
I visited White Castle last Friday, and it was quite busy. I was pleasantly surprised when I was recognized, although the staff couldn't attend to me immediately. I appreciated that they and another worker were handling the drive-thru rush. My order was taken and prepared just as I expected—delicious! A few minutes later, a young man came out of the kitchen, jumped behind the counter, and took care of our order. He was pleasant and friendly, and he generously offered us sauces to go with our meal. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I really commend the great team at White Castle!
Took over 30 minutes to have our meal brought out to us, it was the wrong meal, still hadn’t received our drink order. When the right order of food was finally brought out, we wound up cancelling our drink order because they never came. Decorations were done very nicely. Food was good as expected. We have had Valentine’s Day reservations at White Castle before but this year was our last year.
beside the white lock with great tasting eating, this location has wonderful people and always so inviting. it is a tradition of us to have the white lock to Valentine's Day, and they never disappointed. this year was different, but it was so well thought out and great tasty at the end. the price is right and eating again is great!

The location is beautiful and clean, and the quality of the food is consistently excellent every time I visit. This restaurant definitely deserves a 5-star review!
The wait was very long. Food tasted good as normal. It was very busy, however, and it was the holiday hoopla...so I will give it a pass.
