This is a review in two parts: 1. My ailing brother and I last June turned back the clock of time and revisited our very first WC. The inaugural visit was 60+ years ago. The flavors were exactly the same (amazing) but the drive thru was painfully slow. About 25 minutes from order to delivery. Nevertheless this did not detract from a special moment with big brother. I did go ahead snd send a comment to WC management...then.. 2. My brother and his wife returned on July 10. Talk about a makeover! Order to bag in car FOUR minutes. And my brother noted all associates sported bright new uniforms. I guess you could say "message received. Well done, management and Orange NJ team!
I waited for 45 minutes at the drive-thru during the evening. Why does it take so long to get food at a drive-thru? They should consider hiring more staff or improving their nighttime operations because waiting that long for food is ridiculous.
I find it very interesting how this restaurant is trying out new menu items. The thing about White Castle is that it is a well-established establishment that is always looking to stay competitive.
The service is soooo slow. Not crowded but waited 45 minutes for an order. Delivery Service was waiting awhile also having to count recount to get the correct order.
