Best service ever, I'm a customer in this special White Castle since I was a baby. My grandparents have lived literally behind it for many years. For all my years, I received the BEST customer service that I learned yesterday evening at 2:00 on Monday morning 3/28/2022 at this point... the team went all in and beyond to make sure that I was happy, although I had given no reason to treat me especially. You definitely need more crew members like these guys. So glad I'm a customer.
My family went out for dinner to celebrate Valentine's Day. Unfortunately, our waitress seemed unsure and got our orders wrong. We didn't say anything at the time, but the manager was very helpful and made sure we received the correct orders. Despite that hiccup, the rest of the experience was wonderful. We've been celebrating Valentine's Day dinner at this restaurant for five years now!
I didn't get the Chicken Rings or the Fudge Dipped Cheesecake, but everything else was absolutely delicious! The fish and veggie sliders were amazing, and my three children devoured the Cheeseburger Sliders!

This is my fourth year with my children and Mary the manager always goes to us every year and remembers us. We always enjoy our Valentine's Day at the castle!!!!!
