Ordered through door dash, they gave me one meal out of two meals, didn 't make the food like I ordered, and when I called to let them know about their mistake, the manager said get a refund from door dash no apology or anything. Well door dash doesn 't keep giving refunds when restaurants mess up your order. I do not recommend this ghetto unprofessional location. Do not order delivery from here, your order won 't be right!! That meal you forgot cost me $19. Never again!!!
Had to wait a half an hour for food that was ordered online and supposed to be ready when I got there. To be fair, the food was good and staff was polite but I don't think they even started my order until I pulled up to the window. Sad to say, because I love this stuff and don't want to be mad, but it's my last white castle run.

Only 2 people working at 3:00 in the afternoon is crazy! Took 10 minutes to order inside. Food was cold. I didn't receive any condiments. Never seen this location outta order like this!
The entire restaurant was unclean, with every table covered in dirt. While I waited for my food, I considered asking for a rag to clean the tables myself.
