The customer service, quality of the food, and the time we waited to get our food was HORRIBLE! When I attempted to let the gentleman serving us know our order was incorrect, he got upset and talked over me. He told me several times I needed to just listen to what he was saying (incorrect information). Workers seemed to not know what they were doing. Tried ordering 1921 burgers and they had no lettuce or tomatoes… tried ordering shake, and stated they didn't have shake… when continuing with order, young lady came across intercom and said well when you figure out what you want just let me know… I was in the middle of an order… so we left the line with no food… WILL NOT VISIT THIS LOCATION AGAIN! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!
Always has a super long line. Short staffed. Very rude service and ghetto over the intercom. I came in from out of town because I'm from St. Louis but live out of state and wanted white castle but was given over cooked fish and cold sliders. Fries where cold and stiff. I do not recommend. Also watch a man get robbed in the next parking lot over.
The food here is genuinely excellent, but be prepared for a wait in the drive-thru to get it. The parking lot is spacious, well-lit, and easy to enter and exit. It's slightly away from the highway, but that’s not a major issue. There tends to be a fair amount of discarded food in the parking lot, but overall, it’s fairly clean.

Food was delicious and usually is, hot and fresh! Yet I go there quite often and still have not met a pleasant or friendly employee ever, I don't think? I don't like abuse, but the taste and the speed keep me coming back. This store should be dubbed, “White Hassle”.
The food is excellent, but patience is required. The dining room is almost always closed, which isn't ideal for the community; they really need to address that issue. We end up waiting far too long in the drive-thru for our food.
Great food when served fresh and hot, No drive through should take 25 minutes to go through (hire more qualified people)
I just left White Castle and my food still isn't ready. I waited in line for 45 minutes and spent $30 for nothing.
