I wanted to share my experience from last night. I accidentally left my wallet on the counter around 10 PM after spending $17 on food. The lady manager provided exceptional service and even saved my wallet and cash for me to pick up 45 minutes later. She is truly an amazing person and deserves a raise! She is a short Black American woman with a ponytail and a bubbly attitude. Thank you for having such wonderful staff!
After a long day, we were feeling hungry just before midnight, and White Castle was one of the few fast-food places still open. The woman at the drive-thru was incredibly friendly and took our order with a cheerful attitude, which really brightened our spirits at that late hour. Thank you!

This has been one of the top White Castle locations in the St. Louis area since my childhood. Recently, I’ve found the service to be a bit lacking, but overall, this restaurant still excels in all the key aspects.
None of the food was served hot, but the server was very nice. It was quite busy, so I believe the poor quality and the lack of properly heated dishes contributed to the experience.
It was my first Valentine's experience, and I brought my Valentine, my 17-year-old Terrier Mix. The staff who took our orders were fantastic, making the evening truly enjoyable!
